Who We Are
Design & Management Group (DMG) is a full-service production company specializing in set design, stage design, lighting, and tour production and management, with additional expertise in live activations. DMG operates as a single point of accountability across the full event lifecycle — from initial creative design through final on-site execution — giving clients one integrated partner instead of multiple disconnected vendors.
We serve two core markets: live entertainment (touring productions, concerts, and festivals) and corporate clients (brand activations, corporate events, and conferences). This dual capability broadens our reach and gives clients a more resilient partner than competitors who specialize in only one segment.

MMPC 2020
Facilitated MMSDC's pivot from a live conference to a fully virtual environment — leading platform selection, custom buildout, sponsor and programming migration, and live-streamed panel production across a 100-booth virtual exhibit floor.
NBMBAA Conference
Delivered UI and graphic design for a virtual conference hosting 7,000+ registrants, premiere corporate sponsors, and 400+ exhibit booths — branding 20+ rooms and functional areas across the platform.
MMPC 2019
Managed all production elements for 3 days of live sessions, town halls, and keynotes across 400+ exhibit booths — labor and trade negotiation, vendor selection, and AV for 24+ sessions per day via a remote on-site production office.
